You must complete this registration form to be able to borrow books by mail. Materials may only be mailed to a Manatee County address.

You must also apply for a Manatee County library card if you are not currently a member.

This information will not be shared with any other institutions or organizations and is considered confidential. I understand that only Books By Mail and Homebound Delivery items can be returned in their respective bags. I agree to pay for any damaged or lost materials.
