Application for Homebound Delivery Services

The Manatee Library offers free delivery of library materials to patrons who are not able to access our facilities due to a temporary or long-term physical or visual disability. We offer two options for Homebound Services: 

  • Our Books by Mail service allows patrons to receive library materials at no cost to their residence through the United States Postal Service's Free Matter for the Blind or Other Physically Handicapped Persons program.
  • Our Homebound Delivery service allows patrons to receive library materials at their residence on a scheduled basis at no cost.
