Banner Details

By signing this document, the applicant confirms the accuracy of the information provided and grants permission for the City of Bradenton to use the submitted photo and details in the Military Banner Program. The City is not responsible for banner damage or theft, and banners in good condition will be returned to families after up to two years. The City may adjust program scheduling, locations, or banner quantities as needed.

The applicant also understands and agrees with the following statements:

  • The program is first‑come, first‑vetted, first-served with limited quantities placed per year.
  • Installations will occur only ahead of Memorial Day or Veterans Day, depending on space availability and creation timelines. The initial placement of 12 will be between Memorial Day and Independence Day 2026.
  • Banners are displayed no longer than two years and returned to the family if in good condition.
  • I give permission to use the submitted photo(s) and the name of the honoree.
  • I confirm no sensitive military security information is provided.
